Global Connections values education so much, the company provides financial assistance to those employees who are taking college courses in business administration. This generous assistance is offered to all eligible employees to encourage personal development and improve job-related skills.
Qualified Global Connections employees can receive:
- Up to 100% tuition reimbursement for coursework related to business administration, up to $3,000 per year per employee, not to exceed $7,500 total.
- 25% of tuition and books will be reimbursed in advance upon the submission of a receipt. The additional 75% will be given upon submission of a grade report showing an “A”. You get 50% for B, 25% for C, and no additional reimbursement (except the original 25%) for “D” or “F”.
