      We’d love to help, but we aren’t sure what you are referring to. If you’re looking for a specific resort, you will have to contact them directly. Likewise, if you have a travel club membership, you will have to contact their offices directly to find out what they have available. We hope this helps.

  3. Who can we contact if we have misplaced our membership information? When we signed up we received a binder with all of our information contained in it and have misplaced it.

  4. We have been members for a long time and have not used our membership for some times. Can you assit in booking a Moose Hunt in Alberta canada?

      We are sorry we are just now seeing this, it got lost in the shuffle! However, we would love to help. We in the marketing department are uable to book condos, but if you give our Member Services a call at 800-879-7779, one of our representatives will be happy to assist you!

  5. I am trying to find your website to log in and book a vacation. Can’t find it!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    I am paying annually and would like to use it. We have been members for many years when it was travel advantage network and they sold us to your company. Also before it was tan. This is very discouraging. I have paid on time and this is really worrying me now that you have my money and I can’t find the web to book.

  6. Hello,
    I received a certificate for doing the presentation with Joseph Fernandez (jfernandez@exploregci.com) on August 13th. I mailed in my on August 16th, but have not received the “activation” letter that said I should receive within 72 hours (not including mailing time). It is now September 22, 2016 and still nothing. I have also reached out to Joe, but he has not replied.
    Could you please check on this, and let me know when I should receive or resend the activation letter?
